To better assist in my consulting services I hold the honorary appointment as Justice of the Peace in both Victoria and NSW.

  • Grant of Letters of Administration
  • Reseal applications for Victorian & NSW grants of representation

• Estate administration including collection and/or transmission of assets, settling liabilities, obtaining taxation clearances, calculating executor’s commission, invoicing professional fees, statements of account detailing distribution entitlements, beneficiary deeds of release.
• Chronology, affidavits for claims for greater provision, briefing counsel, drawing deeds of family arrangement to vary terms of wills.
